opportunity to have a hosted web site with on-line giving capabilities. Partners maintain their own hosted
web site through a simple online interface; they can change or update the information
on their site whenever and as often as they wish.
Existing Nonprofit Partners wishing
to update or enter content to their existing CommunityRoom site should go to
www.communityroom.net/admin to logon.
Nonprofit Partners vs Member Donors:
Nonprofit Partners are organizations that have their websites hosted on this site
while Member Donors are individuals who have joined CommunityRoom.net
Eligibility Criteria to become a Nonprofit Partner
In order to establish your Nonprofit Organization as a
CommunityRoom.net Partner, you must have:
a 501(c)3 designation from the IRS
a Nonprofit Checking Account with Eastern Bank
access to the Internet using Microsoft Internet Explorer
a printer for downloading and printing reports
an e-mail account that is reviewed periodically
To apply to become a CommunityRoom.net Nonprofit Partner, please print and complete the CommunityRoom.net Service Agreement. A Letter of Determination issued by the IRS as verification of your organizationís 501(c)(3) status must accompany the CommunityRoom.net Service Agreement.
